About the Apartment Location The apartment is in a quiet apartment building with only 5 other apartments and is located a minutes walk from the gondola to the Brevent-Flegere ski area. With the town centre a seven minute stroll away, the apartment is perfect for those wanting to rent a peaceful base in a central location with easy access to slopes and town. It is on the first floor of the building and has a large balcony with stunning views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. Accommodation We have furnished the apartment to high standard for our own personal use and so you will find it a home from home. The apartment is as perfect for 2 as a romantic hideaway as for a group of friends or family. It is suitable for up to 4 guests. Accommodation is arranged as follows: Ground Floor: Spacious living/kitchen area featuring leather furniture and open fire, Sofa, TV & DVD player. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and has a granite surface. Hallway containing storage space and cupboard, Bathroom, separate WC, Washing machine and storage space. First Floor: Large mezzanine with double bed, Two cosy (small!) single bedrooms, Lots of storage space. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating and supplementary electric heaters. There is also a dedicated lockable garage - even if you don't travel to Chamonix by car, this is perfect for storing ski equipment or bicycles.
